The short version

No minimum term. Cancel from Settings and it stops at the end of the period you paid for.

We do not promise deliverability or inbox placement, and nobody honest can.

The send ramp is a product limit, not a setting. 25 a day per mailbox is the ceiling.

Purchased credits never expire while the account exists.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Hisendy. Using the service means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for what is sent from your workspace, including by anyone you invite.

One person, one login. Do not share credentials.

You must have a lawful basis to contact the people you import, and you confirm this when you create the workspace.

You must honour every opt-out. The product enforces this, and so do these terms.

What you may not do

Send to lists you bought, scraped without a lawful basis, or otherwise cannot justify.

Send anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to impersonate somebody.

Use a mailbox you are not authorised to send from.

Work around the sending ramp, the stop rules, or the credit ceiling by any means, including the API.

Resell access to Hisendy as your own product without a written agreement.

Sending limits, stated plainly

A newly connected mailbox starts at 8 sends a day and steps to 11, 15, 20 then 25, with three clean business days at each stage. 25 a day per mailbox is the ceiling and it does not rise. Your real capacity is the number of mailboxes you connect, not the emails number on the pricing page.

The emails allowance on your plan is a billing cap. The ramp is a safety limit. Whichever is lower applies. The Fair Use Policy defines what unlimited means for Google and Microsoft mailboxes.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that a message reaches an inbox rather than a spam folder, we do not promise a reply rate, and we do not publish an uptime figure we have not measured. Deliverability depends on your domain, your list and your copy far more than it depends on us.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Credits

One credit is one action. The nine actions and their prices are published and do not change without 30 days notice.

Every action shows its price before it runs and settles once. A failed call is not charged to you.

Included credits roll over and expire 90 days after they were issued. The banked balance is capped at one extra month.

Purchased credits never expire while the account exists. If you cancel and come back, they are still there.

Credits are not money, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and are not refundable for cash.

Payment, refunds and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Annual is two months free. There is no minimum term and no cancellation call. Cancelling in Settings stops the renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds. A first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Renewals and credit packs are not refundable. To ask for one, email support@hisendy.com from the address on the account.

If a payment fails we retry, tell you, and pause sending before we close anything. We do not delete your data for a failed payment.

Suspension

We may suspend a workspace immediately for spam complaints at a level that endangers other customers, for sending to a list you cannot justify, or for an attempt to work around the ramp or the stop rules. Where the situation allows it we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where it does not, we tell you straight afterwards and say why.

Your data, and ending the agreement

Your data stays yours. Export it any time. If you close the account, we delete workspace data 30 days later, and mailbox credentials immediately on disconnection.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
