The short version

We do not sell personal information. We never have.

We do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising either.

There is nothing to opt out of, but the route is here anyway.

If you are a recipient rather than a customer, the route below still works for you.

The plain answer

Hisendy does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the equivalent laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas.

We have no advertising network, no data broker relationship, and no analytics vendor with access to your contacts. Our four sub-processors are listed on their own page and every one of them is there to run the product.

So why does this page exist

Because a company telling you it does not sell your data is worth very little without a way to act on it. If you want a formal record of the request, use the route below and we will confirm it in writing.

How to make a request

Email privacy@hisendy.com with the subject line do not sell. Include the email address the request relates to.

If you are a Hisendy customer, you can also close your account yourself from Settings without contacting us.

If you are a recipient of an email sent through Hisendy, the unsubscribe link in that message removes you from that sender permanently. Emailing us suppresses the address across our whole platform.

An authorised agent may act for you. Send written authorisation with the request.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
