We give 30 days notice by email before adding or replacing one.
You may object in that window, and cancel without penalty if we cannot resolve it.
No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics vendor that sees your contacts.
The list
Your campaigns do not go through Resend. They go out of the mailbox you connected, through Google, Microsoft or your own SMTP server. Those are your providers, under your agreement with them, not our sub-processors.
What each one actually receives
Cloudflare holds everything, because it is where the product runs. Data is encrypted at rest and every query is scoped to your workspace on the server.
Anthropic receives only the input for the specific action you ran, trimmed to that action’s ceiling first. It does not receive your contact list, your account, or anything from another workspace. Our agreement does not permit training on it.
Paddle will receive your name, billing email and payment method. It never receives a contact, a message, or a campaign.
Resend receives your own email address and the body of a notification we are sending you.
Notice of change
Before a sub-processor is added or replaced we email every account owner at least 30 days in advance and update this page. If you object within that window and we cannot resolve it, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.
