# Hisendy > Cold email that sends from your own mailbox, writes the sequence with you, and stops > itself the moment someone replies. Built for solo founders, agencies and small sales teams. Hisendy connects the Google, Microsoft or IMAP mailbox you already send from. It does not use a shared sender, so the sending reputation stays on your own domain. There is no warmup phase: a new mailbox starts at 8 sends a day and steps to 11, 15, 20 then 25, with three clean business days at each stage. The ramp never exceeds 25 a day per mailbox, so real volume comes from connecting more mailboxes, not from raising a number. Sendy AI is the writing layer. Every action shows its credit price before it runs, the result arrives unsent, and nothing it produces can trigger a send. Annual billing is two months free. - Launch, $29. 10,000 emails a month, 10,000 contacts stored, unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes, 10 IMAP or SMTP mailboxes, 3 team members, 4,000 AI credits. - Growth, $79. 125,000 emails, 50,000 contacts, unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes, 50 IMAP or SMTP mailboxes, 10 team members, 8,900 AI credits. - Agency, $249. 500,000 emails, 200,000 contacts, unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes, 200 IMAP or SMTP mailboxes, unlimited team members, 25,000 AI credits. Trial: no card, 2 mailboxes, 100 sends, 100 AI credits. Refunds: a first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Renewals and credit packs are not refundable. Credit packs: 5,000 for $49, 25,000 for $199, 100,000 for $699. Unused included credits roll over and expire 90 days after they were issued, with the banked balance capped at one extra month. Purchased credits never expire while the account exists. ## The nine AI actions and what each costs One credit is one action, not a token and not a send. One wallet covers all nine. - Sort a reply, 1 credit. Labels a reply interested, not interested, a question, or away. - Personalised line, 1 credit. One opening line for one contact, from a fact you saved. - Screen a contact, 1 credit. Checks one row against the audience in your brief. - Fill a column, 2 credits. Writes one cell of a column you described. A blank is a valid answer. - Rewrite, 3 credits. Tightens text you wrote, or returns three subject lines. - Summarise a thread, 4 credits. Turns a long thread into where it stands and the next action. - Draft a reply, 15 credits. A reply from the thread and the offer facts you approved. Unsent. - Write the sequence, 30 credits. Steps, subjects and timing from your brief and merge fields. - Research a company, 45 credits. Three sourced points before you write to them. ## What never costs a credit Unlimited on every plan: scheduling and time zones, daylight saving handling, the send ramp, bounce detection, auto reply and out of office detection, unsubscribe handling, stop on reply, list cleaning, deduplication, suppression lists, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, the fix for every DNS error code, writing your own sequences, and every preview. ## Three limits that are enforced on the server - It cannot send. Writing and sending are separate operations with separate approvals. - It cannot spend more than it quoted. The quote is reserved before the call and settled once. - It cannot invent a fact. Prices, dates and claims come from facts you approved. Unsubscribes, bounces, stop on reply and your own labels are rules in the sending path, not model calls. They cost nothing and cannot be switched off. ## Free tools, no account and no email box All four run entirely in the visitor's browser. The tool surface is settled and published. Seventeen tools. Nine read: list_campaigns, get_campaign, search_contacts, get_contact, list_replies, get_thread, list_mailboxes, get_usage, get_report. Eight write, each confirmed in the client: create_campaign, update_sequence, import_contacts, add_suppression, pause_campaign, resume_campaign, draft_reply, label_reply. Deliberately absent, not gated: send_campaign, delete_contacts, update_billing. There is no code path from the protocol to an SMTP call, so an agent cannot send from Hisendy.
