The short version
Unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes means what it says. There is no hidden count.
The limit that actually applies is 25 sends a day per mailbox. It is a ceiling, not a setting.
We warn before we ever throttle, and we throttle before we ever suspend.
This page exists so the word unlimited on our pricing page can be trusted.

Why this page exists

Plenty of tools write unlimited on a pricing page and then define it nowhere. That leaves you guessing, and it lets them change their mind later. This page is the definition, and it is part of the Terms.

What unlimited actually covers

Every plan, including the $29 one, allows an unlimited number of connected Google and Microsoft mailboxes. We do not charge per mailbox and we do not cap the count. An idle connected mailbox costs us almost nothing.

IMAP and SMTP mailboxes are different. Each one holds an open connection on our side, so those are counted: 10 on Launch, 50 on Growth, 200 on Agency. Those numbers are on the pricing page and this page does not quietly reduce them.

The limit that really matters

Whatever the emails number on your plan says, no mailbox sends more than 25 messages a day through Hisendy. A new mailbox starts at 8 a day and steps to 11, 15, 20 then 25, with three clean business days at each stage. A bounce or a complaint holds the ramp where it is until it clears.

Mailboxes connectedCeiling per dayCeiling per month, 22 business days

51252,750
2050011,000
1002,50055,000
2506,250137,500
So if your plan says 125,000 emails a month, the plan is not the constraint. You would need about 228 mailboxes to reach it. We would rather say that here than have you find it out in week three.

What counts as unfair

Connecting mailboxes that are not yours, or that you are not authorised to send from.
Creating mailboxes purely to multiply the ramp with no intention of them being real, monitored accounts.
Running the same list through multiple workspaces to get around a suppression or a stop.
Automating against the API in a way that is designed to defeat the ramp, the stop rules or the credit ceiling.
Sustained spam complaint rates that put other customers on shared infrastructure at risk.

What we do about it, in order

We email you, describe exactly what we are seeing, and give you a reasonable window to fix it.
If nothing changes, we throttle the workspace and tell you we have.
If it still does not change, or if the behaviour is putting other customers at immediate risk, we suspend sending and tell you why the same day.
Your data is not deleted at any point in this. Export stays available throughout.

Abuse that skips the queue

Sending to a list you cannot justify, impersonating a person or a company, or sending anything unlawful gets an immediate suspension without the warning steps. We will still tell you, in writing, what happened and why.
